We at MANN-FILTER love the smell of success. Sometimes the typical smell of burnt tire rubber comes up and we all immediately know that: perseverance, passion, professionalism and perfection, are coming with it. In the recent years we have become a well-known player in motorsports with our MANN-FILTER Mamba.
From first small motorsport steps which were made back in 2012 with single logo stickers on various racing cars and driver suits, to today's world-famous yellow-green glowing MANN-FILTER Mamba with snakeskin patterns and sharp teeth, which shows across all the world why it fully lives up to its name.
Premiere! In May 2015, spectators at the legendary 24-hour race at the Nürburgring witnessed the first MANN-FILTER Mercedes-AMG SLS car in the eye-catching yellow-green colors. Since then the MANN-FILTER Mamba has developed into a true GT3 motorsport darling and is proudly celebrating its 10th anniversary this year.
2025? The Year of the Snake in the Chinese calendar couldn't be more fitting. In motorsport, it is well known that it doesn't hurt to believe in a certain amount of luck in order to get that nerve-wracking millisecond that often decides on entire championships. Another exciting year of GT3 motorsport full of adrenaline and passion with the MANN-FILTER Mamba is about to begin.

DTM 2025
With 8 race weekends, 16 races, 8 teams and five brands, the DTM will be organized under the leadership of the ADAC.
DTM 2025 offers a strong field of drivers and a supporting program with fan experience for families, friends and petrol heads. For the premium filter brand MANN-FILTER this will be the second year competing in the DTM.
New season, new old partner. With WINWARD Racing we have a strong partner for 2025. Together we will be on the grid in yellow-green this year with a Mercedes-AMG GT3 Evo with the #48, piloted by Jules Gounon.

Our Team
The roots of WINWARD Racing go back to the 1980s. The history of the German-Texan racing team began with the merger of the racing teams IPS Racing and Mass-Schons Racing. Persson Motorsport was already in action as a Mercedes semi-works team in the “old DTM” and later in the FIA GT1 World Championship.
After 2011, a German Motorsport Consultant took over the team, which in 2013 joined forces with HTP Motorsport team via the “intermediate stage” HEICO Motorsport. Operating from the new team headquarters in Altendiez near Limburg, the racing team has since reaped numerous highlights in close collaboration with Mercedes-AMG. In its debut year in 2013, HTP Motorsport celebrated impressive successes.
A partnership with the American racing team WINWARD Racing around the father-son duo Bryce and Russell Ward from Houston resulted in a merger at the end of 2019. The German-Texan dream team has been operating ever since with ex-racing driver Christian Hohenadel leading the fortunes of WWR in Europe.

GT World Challenge Europe 2025
Reserved for cars conforming to GT3 regulations and using SRO Motorsports Group’s globally recognized Balance of Performance (BOP) criteria, Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe Powered by AWS can trace its roots back to the creation of the Blancpain Endurance Series in 2011.
The long-distance championship placed equal emphasis on professional and amateur competitors while promoting high standards both on and off the circuit. It quickly attracted strong grids and was followed in 2014 by the addition of a Sprint Series for short-format races, as well as an overall title to recognize the most consistent performers across both disciplines.
Since 2016 the series names were adjusted to the Endurance Cup and Sprint Cup. With the highest number of entries for GT3 vehicles in the world, the GT World Challenge is a series that MANN-FILTER did not want to miss in 2025!
Together with our Partner WINWARD Racing we compete in the GT World Challenge 2025 as Mercedes-AMG Team MANN-FILTER. This will be the second time a MANN-FILTER Mamba is on tracks for this series. The three worldcall drivers Lucas Auer, Matteo Cairoli and Maro Engel will steer the Mamba.
