Personal data is only collected, processed and used by us if we are legally permitted to do so or if you have given your consent.

Insofar as we obtain the consent of the data subject for the processing of personal data, Art. 6 para. 1a EU Data Protection Basic Regulation (GDPR) serves as the legal basis for the processing of personal data.

When processing personal data which is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, Art. 6 para. 1b GDPR serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations which are necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures.

Insofar as the processing of personal data is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Art. 6 para. 1c GDPR serves as the legal basis. As a company, we are subject, for example, to statutory storage obligations under the AO and the HGB.

If vital interests of the data subject or another natural person require the processing of personal data, Art. 6 para. 1d GDPR serves as the legal basis.

If the processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not outweigh the former interest, Art. 6 para. 1f GDPR serves as the legal basis for the processing.

As a matter of principle, we only process personal data if we have your consent or legal permission to do so. This also applies to the transfer of data to third parties. We do not pass on your personal data to third parties for direct marketing purposes.

Your data will be processed and used within the EU/EEA. However, for certain processes, processing outside the EU/EEA is also necessary. Rights of data subjects
If your personal data is processed, you are the data subject within the meaning of the GDPR. Your rights are regulated in Chapter III of the GDPR. You have the right of access to the data processed by the controller, the right of rectification, the right to limit processing, the right of cancellation, the right of information, the right of transferability, the right to object to processing, the right to withdraw your consent and the right not to be subject to a decision based on exclusively automated processing.

The supervisory authority to which the complaint is filed, advises the complainant about the status and the results of the complaint including the possibility of legal action acc. to Art. 78 GDPR.

If you register to use our MANN-Filter online catalogue, you can use additional services (e.g. manage a watch list). You can create a user account for this purpose. Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*). All other details are voluntary.

A user account can be terminated. For this purpose please send an e-mail by using the contact form. If users have cancelled their user account, their data with regard to the user account will be deleted, subject to a legal obligation to retain data.

Advertising Material Webshop
We offer our customers an online shop where you can purchase MANN-Filter advertising material. This shop is operated by our partner Brand Addition GmbH. The data protection conditions of our partner's advertising material shop apply.

Newsletter
It is possible to subscribe to free newsletters which will inform you about updates and offers of our products. Your personal data will be processed during registration for the purpose of sending you newsletters. The processing is done in our CRM system. Your personal data (name, e-mail address) is transferred to the CRM system for this purpose.

When you register for the newsletter, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to verify your identity (double opt-in). We save your IP address and the date of registration. This storage serves only as proof to the supervisory authorities and in the event that a third party misuses an email address and registers for the newsletter without the knowledge of the entitled person.

You can revoke your consent to the storage of your data and the receipt of the newsletter at any time for the future. The revocation can be made via a link in the newsletter itself. After revocation you will no longer receive the newsletter.

We analyze the use of newsletters in pseudonymized form. For this purpose, opening rates, hard and soft bounces to check the deliverability of the newsletter as well as the number of forwarded newsletters are recorded. III. Base jurídica del tratamiento

Boletín de noticias
Es posible suscribirse a boletines gratuitos que le informarán de las actualizaciones y ofertas de nuestros productos. Durante el registro, se tratarán datos personales suyos con el fin de enviarle boletines de noticias. El tratamiento se realiza en nuestro sistema CRM. Sus datos personales (nombre, dirección de correo electrónico) se transfieren al sistema CRM con este fin.

Cuando se suscriba al boletín, recibirá un correo electrónico de confirmación para verificar su identidad (doble opt-in). Guardamos su dirección IP y la fecha de registro. Este almacenamiento solo sirve como prueba ante las autoridades de control y en el caso de que un tercero haga un uso indebido de una dirección de correo electrónico y se suscriba al boletín de noticias sin conocimiento del titular.
